A7: The parallel build card

[GIVE THIS TO THE ROOM · only if you run the Chapter 21 variant]

THE PARALLEL BUILD

9:30 to 11:30 · Build alone. One prototype each, same brief, same tools. Sit together, build apart. Two different starting points are the whole point of the morning, so do not converge at 9:35.

11:30 to 12:00 · Synthetic round. Hands off. Your build goes through AI user testing. Read your transcript, write down your two or three sharpest findings, bring them to the table.

12:00 to 12:30 · The jury half hour. Sixty seconds each: what I built, what the AI users tripped over. Then pick one of three doors:

ADOPT · one build goes forward as it is MERGE · the winning skeleton plus one or two organs from the other build. Never two whole bodies NEW · a third idea you both now believe in, started fresh

The decider was named this morning: whoever sits closest to the user in the brief. Hard stop at 12:30.

12:30 to 15:30 · One build, all hands. Classic rules from here; card A3 applies.

Synthetic users argue. Real users decide.
