A full room on a weeknight, and your name on everything that comes out of it.
A three-hour evening. Sixteen product people who mostly do not code build a working app with AI, test it, and pitch it. It has run twice, in Warsaw and Athens, and filled both rooms.
Three seats for your own people, your name on the event page, the photo set, and a report on who came. For one weekday evening.
Warsaw, 4 July 2026, Imaguru Startup HUB. Twenty-one builders, one Saturday.
Two kinds of room, two different deals.
You become the city venue partner.
- 1Your name and logo on the event page, in every post about the night, and on the builders’ certificates.
- 2Three secured seats for your community, sitting alongside twelve people they have not met.
- 3The photo set, cleared for your own marketing. Your space, full, shot properly.
- 4A case study on productbuildday.com naming and picturing your space.
- 5A report a week later: who was in your space by role, seniority and employer, and what the night reached.
You host, and you plan nothing.
- 1Three secured seats for your team, on the same brief as everyone else.
- 2Zero planning. I write the brief, screen the applications, run the night and pack down. You unlock a door.
- 3Your name as the host, on the event page and in every post.
- 4The photo set and the case study, with your company named.
- 5A report a week later: who was in your office and what it reached.
In Warsaw and Athens, 22 of the 25 who answered the survey walked out with a live URL they built that day.
No attendee list and no email addresses. The report is aggregate only.
The median person in the room has eight and a half years behind them.
Every seat is by application and I read every one. This is who took the forty-three seats in Warsaw and Athens.

A startup hub and an art museum. Both worked.
Two venues have hosted this. One commercial, one an institution.

Imaguru Startup HUB. Two briefs: making Polish official letters readable, and sorting out money and chores between flatmates.
“I was also surprised that even a beginner can build a no-code app and solve problems that used to require technical skills.”

The Goulandris Foundation, in the museum library. They set one of the briefs and sat on the panel.
“There was a really nice vibe and the space was perfect for the event.”

when we asked whether she would open the door to another one
The one review here that comes from a venue
Having Product Build Day in our space was great. Would we open the door to another one? Ten out of ten. And if another venue asked whether they should host one, of course.
Maria, Project Manager
Imaguru Startup HUB, Warsaw
From the venue feedback form after the Warsaw night. The bold words are hers. The rest is the question she was answering.
The autumn nights ask less of you than these two did. Those were full Saturdays with weekend staffing. The autumn version is the same format in three hours on a weekday, six to nine. Nobody gives up a Saturday and the room is back to you by half nine.

The full set goes to the venue, cleared for your marketing.
Rated 4.6/5 Excellent on Trustpilot.
One night, in one city, put this much into the feed.
You would host one night in one city, so these are the per-city figures, not a total. I can only see impressions on my own posts, so the real reach is higher than the last column shows.
The one that matters to you
1,373 impressions
for one post about the Goulandris Foundation. Not about me, not about the format. About the venue. It picked up 28 reactions and a repost too.
| Edition | Posts | Reactions | Comments | Reposts | Impressions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Warsaw, 4 July | 23 | 414 | 68 | 43 | 6,642 |
| Athens, 11 July | 24 | 654 | 75 | 47 | 4,835 |
Reactions, comments and reposts are public counts, so anyone can check them. Athens is understated: its biggest post has no impression data attached.
Five dates are live. One of them is in your city.
All five are taking applications now. The venue line still reads "to be announced", and whoever fills it gets everything above.
If the room works but the date does not, say so. I build the next city around whoever says yes first.
Almost nothing, honestly.
If your space can run a sixteen-person workshop, it can run this. No catering, no staff, no budget line.
You lend the room for three hours. Everything that happens in it goes out with your name on it.
That is the list.
Answered before you have to ask.
Wherever the room is
Sixteen to twenty people. Free events lose some, so I over-accept to land sixteen.
No alcohol. A build night, not a mixer. Nobody needs a licence.
We set up and pack down, and the room goes back as we found it.
Public liability cover on request. Tell me the figure your insurer wants.
Cancelling is fine. Two weeks’ notice and I find another room.
If it is a company office
Send me your visitor form. Full guest list two days ahead, with names.
Guest wifi only. Nothing on your corporate network.
One room, desks untouched. Banner off any corridor you want closed.
No recruiting from the floor. Want to talk hiring? Take the opening slot.
One thing I need from you
Tell me about access. Step-free entry, a lift, an accessible toilet. I need to know before I invite people.

Everyone who has been part of it so far
Pick your night. Fifteen minutes settles the rest.
Say which city and I bring you sixteen people, a photographer, and your name on all of it.
Every message is answered within a business day.
