The session
Building got cheap. Deciding did not.
Teams still choose what to build from a deck and an opinion, then spend a quarter finding out they were wrong. This session skips ahead to the finding out. The room picks a challenge, we build against it while everyone watches, then run the one test that would kill the idea or keep it. No coding at any point.

A prototype anyone can click, made in front of you without writing a line of code.

You leave with a signal and the number that would make you stop. Signals, not proof.
