One Saturday at Imaguru. Two hard briefs. Everyone built a working product with AI, tested it with real feedback, and pitched it. No code.
Everyone had a working first version in about five minutes. That was never the hard part.
The real work was designing it well enough to actually serve the goal. Cutting the right features, shaping the flow, making it land with a real user. That is always the real challenge, and it is still ours.
The two briefs
"How might we help a 40-year-old with no legal background who has just opened an official letter from a Polish office understand what it actually means, what they have to do, by when, and whether they can still appeal?"
"How might we help three flatmates sharing a flat in Warsaw, one month in and already annoyed about chores and money, see who owes what and whose turn it is this week, so no one ends up doing everything?"
