A6: The judge's scorecard
[GIVE THIS TO THE ROOM · one per judge, per team]
TEAM: ______________
Score during the pitch, not after. Circle one number per row.
Served the brief. Did it build for the user and goal we set? 1 · 2 · 3 · 4 · 5
User signal. What did real users actually do with it? 1 · 2 · 3 · 4 · 5
Worth building. Is this worth taking forward? 1 · 2 · 3 · 4 · 5
TOTAL: ____ / 15
One sentence, in case of a tie · what would you tell this team to do next?
Remember the calibration: score the learning, not the looks. A rough demo that taught something real beats a polished one that did not. Prototypes are one day old. The question is never "is it finished", it is "did it find something true".
