Product Build Day puts the people closest to the customer in one room for one day. Everyone builds. Solo or in teams of two or three. One brief. One clock. One set of rules. At the end of the day everyone pitches a working prototype to a panel of judges.

No coding, no setup, no problem

You describe what you want in plain English and the tool builds it. Participants use platforms like Lovable, Bolt.new, or Replit. By 10:30 you will be building.

What the day looks like

Manifesto

For years, the people closest to the customer have been the furthest from the build. They knew what was wrong. They knew what to try. They wrote the brief, passed it over the wall, and waited two quarters to find out the answer was no. That wall is gone.

Five beliefs: the right to build belongs to whoever understands the problem; a decision made in hours is more honest than an opinion held for months; an idea that cannot survive a day is not worth a quarter; a working thing teaches more than a perfect plan; the title a person walks in with does not decide what they walk out with.
