AI made building cheap, so every meeting now has a demo. The one with evidence behind it gets the team.
One day of Pro trains the habit that gets an idea past all four: build it, test it, bring the evidence.
The room this is for
One day teaches a skill you use every time you bring an idea to your boss. You build a prototype people can click, test it before anyone writes code, and ask for a decision that is easy to make.
Your company gets a product person who turns ideas into tested prototypes in a day, without waiting for a sprint. That means fewer features built on a hunch, and shorter meetings about what to build next.

What you learn
You practice all three on one shared brief with a real buyer behind it. Then you run them on your own ideas at work.
SKILL 01
Define the challenge and decide what kind of metric would kill it before you test.
Ability: you can point at a roadmap item and say which number would make you drop it.
SKILL 02
Plain English in, a working app at a URL out. Vibe coding is the easy part, so you learn the tool by lunch.
Ability: you can show a working screen where you used to show a slide.
SKILL 03
AI testers and the people at your table go through it. You fix what trips them up and run it again.
Ability: you find usability problems in an afternoon, before anyone writes production code.
SKILL 04
Who you test with, what you measure, what it costs, and the number that means go.
Ability: you can run a first customer test the next week, without a research budget.
SKILL 05
Rehearsed at your table with questions, then in front of the room.
Ability: you can take an idea to your CEO, head of product or an investor and leave with a go, a pivot or a no-go.
The decisionmade on what people did.
Usually half of the pitches were cut off mid-sentence. That is why making the case is on the syllabus, with time to rehearse it.
Where AI testers stop.
AI testers find usability problems fast. Whether anyone will pay is a question only real customers can answer, so the two stay apart all day.
During the training
AI testers go through your prototype, then the real people at your table. You fix what trips them up and run it again.
AI testers and your table
After the training
That takes real customers. You leave with a designed test you can run after the training. It proves or kills your idea with metrics you decided up front.
Real customers only
Your three minutes
01
Show it working. People believe what they can click.
02
The metric you set before testing, so nobody moves the goalposts.
03
Where they stumbled, and what you fixed.
04
Who, what it costs, when, and the number that means go.
05
One decision they can make today.
Imagine you get three minutes in the next roadmap meeting and your idea lands. Then come the questions. Did anyone try it? What would it cost to know for sure? You answer that you built it, fixed what testers stumbled on, and have a customer test with a date and a number. Now the room can decide on evidence. That is why it matters.

Your trainer
Marcin built this format and runs product discovery workshops across Europe. Before going solo he led a 35-person UX team in five countries at Sanoma Learning. He works with you through the build, the test and the pitch.

Build
"The most exciting part was seeing an idea go from a rough concept to something tangible in such a short time."
Test
"Every piece of feedback was detailed enough for the team to discuss it, extract something useful and improve our current version."
Test
"A single test run provides a lot of valuable groundwork for sharpening hypotheses and preparing better questions for interviews with real people."
Pitch
"The presentation, along with its spontaneous, ad-hoc atmosphere, was the defining moment of Product Day and one I will remember for a long time."
26 November / 09:00 to 17:00 CET
Small tables, the same people all day. Lunch and two breaks are in the day.
You get the brief, define the challenge and decide what kind of metric would kill it before you test.
Two hours of building with AI, with Marcin and your table next to you.

AI testers go through it, then your table. You fix what they stumble on and design the first test with real customers.

Three minutes each at your table, with questions, then selected cases for the room. We close at 17:00.

Before you decide
No. You need to be comfortable with web tools and talking about product work in English. A short call the week before covers the setup. Bring your laptop.
Partly. You build with AI, and that is the easy part. Most of the day goes into testing what you built and getting it decided.
Yes, if you want the testing and the decision part. The build hours will feel familiar. Most of the day is about what happens after you build.
On the day everyone builds against the same brief, so the room can compare real work and nobody defends a pet idea by reflex. The 45-minute follow-up is where you run the method on yours.
