Two AIs are better than one
Give this to the room
The fastest teams run two screens side by side: a thinking tool and a building tool. Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity on the left. Lovable, Bolt.new, or Replit on the right.
The thinking tool covers everything around the build: quick research on the user's world, ten ideas in thirty seconds when you are dry, real copy for the screens (real words test better than lorem ipsum), and prompt composing for the moment you know what you want but cannot say it in tool language.
| Ask the thinking tool | Ask the build tool |
|---|---|
| "What does a freight dispatcher's morning actually look like?" | "Build the first screen for her" |
| "Give me ten ways to show an overdue invoice" | "Make the overdue invoice the first thing she sees" |
| "Write a prompt for a vibe coding tool from this idea" | The prompt it wrote, pasted as-is |
| "Write the microcopy for an empty state, friendly, six words" | "Use this copy on the empty state" |
For you only
One warning from experience: research on a build day is measured in minutes, not hours. Fifteen minutes of Perplexity is plenty. If a team is still researching at 11:00, that is not diligence, that is hiding from the build, and the kind move is to name it and walk them to the next screen.
