B2: The sponsor briefing

Subject: Your hour on [date]: three decisions, four working prototypes

Hi [name],

Thank you for taking the last hour of the build day, 16:00 to 17:00 on [date]. One page on what you will see and what I need from you.

What happened before you arrive. Eight people built four working prototypes against one challenge: [the brief]. At 15:30, five real [user type] tried them. You will see what they built and hear what users actually did.

What you will watch, 16:00 to 16:40. Four pitches, ten minutes each: the user, a two-minute live demo, what the test showed, and what the team would do next. The prototypes are one day old and rough on purpose. We score signal, not polish.

How scoring works. Three questions, one to five each: did it serve the brief, what did users do, is it worth taking forward. You get a scorecard; highest total leads the conversation.

What I need from you, 16:50. The call, in the room: go, iterate, or no-go. Whatever you pick, we write it on one page with an owner and a date before anyone leaves. Every prototype is disposable and every decision is a two-way door; the go costs two more weeks, the no-go costs nothing and saves a quarter.

One ask during Q&A: questions beat verdicts. "How does this get her to [goal]?" gets you more than "I don't like the layout."

See you at four.
