Subject: One day. We build, users react, [sponsor] decides.

Hi [name],

I am running a Product Build Day on [date], and I want you in the room. Eight people, one challenge, six hours of building with AI tools, real users reacting the same afternoon, and [sponsor name] making the call before we go home.

You do not need to code. The tools do the typing; that is the whole point. You need the thing you already have: [one line sold to their role · "you hear customer language nobody else in the building hears" / "you know how this domain actually works" / "you have been arguing for this fix for a month; come build it"].

The day: [date], 9:00 to 17:00, [room]. Bring a laptop and a charger. No prep needed; the challenge is revealed at 9:15.

One ground rule so there are no surprises: everyone builds against the same brief, which you will see on the day, not your own idea. Happy to spend the day on that?
