Recognise the moment
For you only
You do not need all six. One yes is enough.
STUCK. Are we stuck on the same decision for more than two weeks?
UNTESTED. Do we have an idea everyone believes in but nobody has tested yet?
LOST CONTEXT. Are there decisions already made that the team found out about too late to change?
INVISIBLE INFLUENCE. Are there people who influence what gets built but have never seen how it gets made?
BYPASSED. Has building started happening around UX, not with it?
PROVE IT. Is leadership asking for something tangible but all we have is a Figma file?
Notice what these six share. In each one, another meeting will not help, because the missing ingredient is not alignment, it is evidence. That is what the six build hours and the five users manufacture.
There is a seventh signal worth naming, and it is quieter: nothing is wrong, and everyone is comfortable. An idea has been living in the roadmap for two quarters because nobody has had a reason to kill it or fund it. A build day is the reason. An idea that cannot survive a day is not worth a quarter.
