I co-hosted the UXDX community night in Warsaw, gave my Product Build Day talk, then joined a panel on what AI does to UX and dev.
The night
UXDX brought its community night to Warsaw, at Imaguru Startup HUB, a free evening on AI inside product teams. I co-hosted with Agnieszka Balcer-Thinlay from OLX, gave my talk on Product Build Day, then joined Szymon Trzepla and Małgorzata Wyczańska from Sanoma Learning for a panel that went where good panels go: into the messy parts, and beyond the event itself.
My big takeaway, on stage and in the panel and again in the conversations after: when product teams stop waiting on someone else to build the first version, the whole pace changes. It was a sharp room that asked real questions and stuck around after.
One honest moment I keep: someone in the room, Zenobia, looked at my who-is-in-the-room slide and asked where the developers were. She was right. Developers belong in a Product Build Day, next to PMs, POs, UX, sales, marketing and leadership. As my manifesto says, the title a person walks in with does not decide what they walk out with.
